As for the fandom, I've always had a loathing for the crazys and overzealous types, among the many. I went to all the cons I did back then for friends, now nearly none of them go anymore, so unless I have someone to visit, time to kill, and it's cheap, no cons for me. You do need to drop into the new place if you are ever up here sometime, just me and Mike, no Tiff, but I think you can understand why.
