					<description>First, some personal experience.  Your friends and associates will find your stories more interesting than you will find them, because they haven't been through them and you have.  We erect thick stone walls around ourselves and become jaded by familiarity with ourselves, forgetting that our neighbors wish to discover us.

Second, some encouragement.  Write your stories, even if you can't remember the details or get them right.  The act of writing and reviewing them is what will get your memory going.

Third, don't be afraid to write, even if you think you have nothing to say.  True proficiency comes from experience and interest - wanting to do something, then doing it over and over again until you are satisfied.</description>
